Waste King helps you to be even ‘greener’ by helping you maximise the amount of waste materials you can recycle. This involves Waste King in supplying special containers for your waste materials.

You can choose your size from a 18 cubic yard waste container or 38 cubic yard waste container.

These containers are particularly helpful if you have problems with recycling such things as waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), plasterboard and hazardous waste such as fridges and televisions.

A Waste King team of Environment Agency-licensed staff will sort, clear and then dispose of all the items in the container. It’s cleaner as far as the environment is concerned; neater for you, and easier for Waste King to sort, segregate and dispose of the waste.

After collecting the waste materials, Waste King takes them to its site. There, the waste is separated by hand or machinery to be recycled on the spot, or sent to the local waste transfer station. The station staff have a clean waste stream system which results in a 99.54% recycling rate.

Waste King provides the waste containers and you can put into it any waste products – from plasterboard and electrical goods to ‘mixed waste’. Once in the cage, these waste products can be easily segregated so that they can be more easily recycled – leaving only a small percentage of the waste to go to landfill.
